If you have macOS 10.12 or older: BlueStacks recommend using macOS 10.13 or newer versions older than 10.2 don’t support BlueStacks at all. If you’re using macOS 10.15 Catalina or older: make sure that you download the installer specifically for macOS 10.15 Catalina or older. Launch BlueStacks app player and it should work smoothly now.
